Iphone not able to hear and speak out during calls

I had that weird problem and it was something got to do with it thinking it was still in speaker mode. Anyway heres the way to get it to work

Plug them in and spin the plug around, pull it out and maybe even blow some compressed air in the headphone port.

That did it for me :)
