I get headaches when people ask me which brand of harddisk to get. Today i say that i have seen the light. After one of their drives failed me, i sent it in for repair. They didnt ask many questions but took my drive and mailed me a replacement the very next day. Exactly 24hrs and they updated me every step of the way via email till it reached my door step and i didnt pay a cent!
Now that is what i call service. Tho the drive is refurbished and it actually failed but this is my 8-9th + drive frm seagate and with their good prices and 5 yr warranty thumbs up to them! They didnt pay me do write this, i am just v satisfied
